My decision to write a ticket was based on whether the driver realized what they did wrong and their attitude about it. I thought of it as a learning experience. Some people couldn*t learn a lesson until their wallet was much lighter.

The proposed North Carolina adjustment has it ass-backwards. Financially disadvantaged drivers should instinctively drive carefully, knowing they cannot afford a ticket, need their license for routine living, et cetera.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

This is why I have an updated radar detector, I use Waze, only speed on roads that are usually patrolled by the State Police. I also have a plastic case pinned to my rear view mirror with my registration, insurance card and drivers license.
    Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.

Don't you mean "NOT patrolled by the State police"?

There are still vehicles being pulled over. Not as many pedestrian stops though.

There was just a joint initiative in the Northwest on Henry Avenue using PPD truck enforcement and PSP doing speed enforcement. That was something new.

On average there are about 3 or 4 VUFA arrests from car stops everyday. Unfortunately Krasners Office releases them basically with no prosecution.

Unfortunately there are about 2-3 guns stolen from parked autos everyday also.

(sigh) still far too many retards leaving firearms unsecured in vehicles.
Why yes, if you leave a firearm unsecured in your vehicle, you are a 'tard. You have proven you are far too irresponsible to own or have control over firearms.
