    Instead of cracking down on what the law-abiding can own, and putting up more hurdles for legal purchasers in gun shops, maybe the govt should be crucifying thugs like these so they never see daylight again.

    You could argue that they are directly culpable for any deaths in which those guns were used.

    My thoughts as well. If you're culpable by being there at the time of the murder, having sold the hoodlum the gun should qualify as well.

    Those actions would not make any progress toward the actual intended goal.

    I'll support that. Police are bringing murder/related charges against those who sold drugs to people who OD.

    Haha. If you even sold one of your own handguns without an FFL, and got caught, you wouldn't see bail like they got.

    ....furthermore,they ought to be charged additionally if any of the guns they stole are used in any other crimes....murder? Oh well,not much different than charging gun manufacturers when certain firearms are used in the commission of crimes!
