Underfold 10/22 Stocks

Has anyone dealt with https://underfoldstocks.com/
I submitted an order for one over a month ago and all I got so far was an email receipt. I tried to call and just got voicemail so I left a message. Their email says full and cant send them an email. I'm starting to think I got scammed and might need to get credit card company involved. Anyone have any experience with them?

I just put "underfoldstocks.com reviews" in a Duck Duck Go search and they seem legit - forum posts mostly around 2016 and a few bad reviews on BBB website.

Over a month is a bit much unless they are making them to order.

As Emptymag said, not much recent info on them. Their website says orders shipped within 2 days unless backordered. According to what I found it looks like a small two person business. https://www.allbiz.com/business/unde...c-407-267-6565

A lot could be going on here. Maybe a husband/wife business. Maybe going through a divorce or a medical issue. Who knows.

But a month with no return contact from them sends up red flags that something may have gone wrong with their business. I would be starting the process of getting the credit card involved ASAP. No excuse for not getting you the product you paid for or getting back to you with an explanation of why it has not gone out after this much time has passed.
