Getting some old-school SMG vibes with this Henry 9mm.

Ha! Hi-Point - there's another one where I'm out of touch when it comes to pricing.
I no longer own it, but I paid $119 for mine brand new. (the orig style)
They're cool little carbines, but there's two reasons I have never bothered getting around to buying another one - the 10 rd mag limit - and price.
10 rounds - that's as desirable as an AR15 that will only accept a 5 round magazine. Pass.

Regarding mags, there is an extended one called a Redball that came out a few years back, and I think they're regarded fairly well. Need to try one myself one of these days.

Keep an eye on Gunbroker for the 995s. Had good luck there.

The nylon 66 is just an incredible little rifle.

My dad got it when I was about 12 or so in the early 60s if I remember.
I.use old aluminum arrows as speed loaders.



Did you shoot that 10mm yet?

I'm always on the lookout for a cheap one, but I think those days are long gone. It's ridiculous how much they've gone up in price.

Ranger Point Precision makes a lot of accessories for Henry, so this is not surprising. They also make a bunch of interesting lever gun upgrades.
