According to the FPC they've gotten a ruling that says all members of the FPC fall under the injunction even if they live outside of the 5th circuit court's jurisdiction

I really like that he explains a lot of legal processes going on. The role of the specific type of judges who are making the decisions, differences between things like an order and opinion etc*.

- He breaks down 3 cases that are currently in the court system and their impact on pistol braces.

- He is clear to state he is not giving legal advice, consult with your own lawyer. He is giving his opinion and things for you to think about

- On the Mock v. Garland case that is getting a lot of press for its injunction, he does think that the order includes people living in the sphere of influence, Maxim Defense and their family. The customers of Maxim Defense. And members of FPC

The judges ruling is immediate. But remember, there is a lot of opinions on the ruling. The FPC also said that the ruling covers it members. But with that you would have to question if it is people who were members when the case was filed or can you join anytime? Most of what I*ve read thinks that you can join now and be covered as a member of FPC. But once again this is opinion.

Hopefully FPC and the other lawsuits quickly nullify the ATF rule.

If what I read is correct, any one who donates or joins prior to June 1, is considered a member from June of 22. Apparently a change in how they structure memberships.
