What stamps? I dont own anything requiring them, and wont until the NFA/GCA are repealed (aint holding my junk over that one )

From first hand experience, if you happen to run into an agent and they see something they believe might need a stamp and you dont have one they will take it and send it to the atf lab to determine legality, this can take months to years. You may get it back you may get charges. But thats what happens in real life.

That's criminal. Did you have legal representation? Contact your senator? There must have been some sort of recourse.
