I have no interest whatsoever in you not being correct.....but my gut feeling is they have a much better case against braces than they did with bumpstocks.

I don't disagree with you, I think this very well could be stopped by a court ruling, I just don't know if it will happen in 1 week or 5 years.

So if it takes 5 years, I want my free stamp for my stamp collection now, and I want to put another +1 in the number of registered SBRs that is used as evidence in court to support that SBRs are "in common use".

Because hopefully we can all one day forget about barrel length rather than worrying about if the officer pulling me over is up to speed on the latest status of a pistol brace.

Thank you. Once someone shares bogus info it spreads like wildfire. As I said above, we need to have as much accurate information as possible so that we can each make a well-informed decision for ourselves.

It starts when the final rule is published in the Federal Register (FR). The FR has a posting today that says it will be published tomorrow, 1/31.

With how significantly it's changed from the proposed rule they should ship this back for another 90 comment period.

They'll do what they want and you'll fall in line, or they'll shoot your dog and put you in prison forever.

What if I don't have a dog? Will they shoot my cats?

They may bring a govt-issue dog to shoot if you don't have one.

    And they cost $750,000 each.

Remember that 400lb instgram idiot who visited a horse farm and cried because she wasn't allowed to ride the horses because they would die. Not making a point, i just remembered that and it made me smile.
