I don*t like restaurants that are inconsistent. Good one day, not so good the next. You never know what you might get. Not going to waste my money and hope that today is the day I might get a good meal. It would take a lot of reports from others that they have become consistently good before I will give them a chance again.

Same with politicians. I understand they can evolve over time but I need a history of consistency before I buy in and spend my energy and votes on them.

I*m not getting rid of my pistol or sending the atf my brace. I am certainly not registering it. I*m not okay with this ruling and am not going to give the AFT any indication that I support them. This is an arbitrary redefining of words at the request of Biden that will give Biden a major victory if it sticks and something he can use to placate antis who are in his base. *See, I told you I would increase gun regulations and i did. People either registered their guns with us or became the criminals that they really are!!!! Corn pop didn*t know what hit him* It is quite simply wrong, unamerican, unconstitutional and bullshit that the ATF now thinks it has the power to do this.

It is an abuse of the separation of powers clause in the Constitution and an attack being fired straight at the 2nd Amendment and its supporters.

At the same time the consequences of ignoring this are high. Becoming a felon, 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines are not to be taken lightly. It*s easy to say “how will the AFT ever know” but there are ways that it could happen.

Use your braced pistol to defend your family and they could know. Take it to the range and use it there not knowing that there is a power hungry cop or gov*t employee at the next lane” and they could know. It could be some asshole FUDD at the next lane who doesn’t think people should own scary black rifles and that it is their civic duty to turn you in because you are obviously not a “responsible gun owner”. If Have an ex wife/girlfriend who wants to get at you and knows what you have because you*ve said to much, they could know.

You pass away 10 years from now and one of your kids get the gun, *thinks this is cool, I wonder why dad never let me shoot this one at the range* and takes it out without a care in the world, now they are in danger of becoming a felon without even knowing it. I*m not playing this game either.

I will take the brace off and separate it from the gun and be done with it. If the correct ruling is made and eventually comes down that this is an overreach of ATF authority I will get the brace back and reinstall it.
