This video is by a California attorney and is talking about a court case filed in Texas about the brace ruling. It says a ruling has been scheduled for March 24th. The video goes on to talk about the case and the points it makes.

When looking at the Form 4, item 1, "Type of Transfer", there is the $200 box, and the $5 box. So, if I have my "braced firearm" registered, the buyer need only complete the form and pay the $5?

And I have saved you in my "Friends" for a complete list of SWPA wing places.
As was said by someone else, only you get the amnesty registration, not the next guy. And yes, the $5 tax is only for the transfer of an AOW (but the form 1 manufacture of an AOW is still $200).

I had some amazing wings last night. Prepared to perfection and well flavored. Corleones in Rostraver. BUT, they charge $2 a piece for a traditional half of a bone in wing. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, they are worth it, and I get a half dozen as an appetizer every time I go there.

I think my favorite wing spot in Wesmoco is Jigger's in Export.

Ya, I wasn't aware of that either. So to sell someone an SBR they are paying for a $200 form 4 AND a 4473 transfer at an FFL. I'm sure most FFLs will be scratching their heads over that request.

Damn, even Tulsi is joining the cause.

I knew she was having misgivings about her democrat roots but I didn't know she had done a 180 on the 2nd A. Maybe I've been under my rock too long.

Democrats have been questioning her gun credentials for years. She has called for universal background checks but I seem to recall her not signing on for *assault weapon* bans in the past.

While she is probably further right on guns than say Republican Brian Fitzpatrick, I still would not trust her without a long solid history of voting pro 2nd. Since she is no longer a rep that is not likely anytime soon.
