Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
ATF can't make law... Congress does that.
So, what's the forum's consensus* on rule 2021R-08F...
...stand-by (don't register for the 'free' tax stamp yet) and see what the court does?
*not taking as legal advice.

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
My question still is; can you register imported pistols? To my understanding the ATF declared that imported pistols are not covered under 922. However, if made into a rifle they would be non 922 compliant. So, can someone SBR/apply for a tax stamp imported pistols legally in other words without violating 922?

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
Is it ethical or unethical for dealers to be selling braced pistols without a notice in the advertisement that as of now the ATF requires you register it as a SBR if you buy one?
Example. https://gunprime.com/products/novesk...eske9-02000829

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
I don't know what the consensus is, but my questions have been answered sufficiently enough that I have efiled two form 1s from braced pistols. Already done and fingerprints submitted.
I'm hopeful that those who choose to wait are rewarded with court victories and the ban is struck down and to add icing on the cake ATF is still burdened with the loss of hundreds of thousands(millions) of tax stamps."It seems that the Constitution is more or less guidelines than actual rules"

The ATF are domestic terrorists and I don't negotiate with terrorists. I'm sure some admins of this forum are in a circle jerk with each other while screeching "i ToLd ThEm ThEiR rIgHtS aRe,Nt AbSoLuTe".
