Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
curious to see if anyone who goes with the ARIC system has any issues. MAC recently uploaded a video of reliability problems he was having. although he was comparing it to a 2k plus rifle

I can't keep up with all this shite. Too much knee jerking without any patience to wait and see where the road goes.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
Exactly, there's 120-days from today as far as I can tell and people are already ordering parts to make them compliant or submitting paperwork. Fuck that, I'm not doing anything until we know more or see what develops with the lawsuits.
If this overreach isn't stopped the gun community is pretty well screwed. Next up it'll be various triggers, magazines over 10 rounds etc and before you know it everything will be required to be registered as an NFA item.

Didn't realize that preparing for the worst was such a bad idea.

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
I don't think it'll happen at the federal level but can definitely see more states pushing for large capacity ammo bans. If it were to happen at the federal level I think it would end up the way Roe vs Wade ended.
I don't think it's a bad idea to buy the parts, but wouldn't be worried about installing till things shake out. I've only got one to deal with and if push comes to shove I may just file mine as a regular SBR and avoid the amnesty offer entirely.
The ATF doesn't have the ability to waive a tax and I think it's going to end in a shit show with a bunch of people ultimately wasting their time submitting their forms.

Re: ATF Just Released Their Brace Ruling
^^^ That's the only reasonable response to this in my opinion.
If you were going to SBR something - fucking do it - don't play into this game they are playing.
Spend your own $200.
By playing along, you are supporting the government in their efforts to disarm all of us in the end.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
