I don't care what their decision is honestly I'll take it up with the courts and pay whatever I have to. They have already well documented that this was legal for 10 years making it common use given that they did not intervene when every single manufacture made and sold them without any stamps. ( FYI all gun laws are infringement and illegal ) I'm not going to go out of my way in public but I already paid for my braces and paid sales tax on them by definition they are my legal property that was purchased legally. I'm not destroying shit, I'll take them off until this fuckitude is handled run tubes and still own my shit without it being registered.

Keep brace, remove and *destroy* short barreled upper. Tell fedboys to kick rocks since they want to try and arbitrarily redefine an upper as a firearm since its a receiver….then point out that a braced lower with no upper is basically just a fancy club with a noisemaker in it…
