Re: ATF Just Dropped Their Brace Ruling
Agreed. But the hip cool kid influencers on the interwebz cooked up the term "dropped" to replace "released", an historically serviceable and readily comprehended verb. Then when firearms enthusiast folks use the new hip term in certain contexts, confusion ensues.
I refuse to employ such words that are misused by idiots in the MSM and interwebz pseudo-media. To those idiots I say, "English, muthafukkah! Use it!"

Re: ATF Just Dropped Their Brace Ruling
So if you bought a blank receiver and built a pistol. Would you just need to remove the brace or do you need to remove the short barrel? Or both?

Re: ATF Just Dropped Their Brace Ruling
I'm waiting until closer to the deadline before I lift a finger to "comply." I'm annoyed with myself for already buying an extended muzzle device several months ago, before the latest flurry of court rulings were issued.

Re: ATF Just Dropped Their Brace Ruling
Looks like 12ga guns with a brace attached, OAL >26" and barrel length <18" are still ok. Oops lol
