Sitting at a restaurant in South Carolina last night, a guy walks up to me and comments on my FPC patch on my hat… “I’m glad to see another member and nobody is taking his braces.”

Really though, this is great news. And it should rightfully spark more debate about the trickery used to strong arm so many into registering SBRs.

I don't fault anyone who registered himself a free SBR if he wanted one.

A brace is a bad stock, but a registered SBR can have a good stock, and will remain legal no matter what the next stolen Congress does.

It's about the method which was used. If someone used it as an opportunity to get a free stamp, good for them. If they felt like they had no other choice of what to do with their weapon after the ATF changed tune, then that's not so cool.

I'm sure we could debate various stocks and braces all day. Isn't it possible that the ATF could just decide certain stocks are illegal too? Or certain lasers? Optics? Triggers????

Pistol stabilizing brace? Whats that? These pistols identify as a safety ane accuracy improved, easier controlled, large format pistol that identifies as a PSD.

PSD ban is moot at this point, S[circuit]C shot it down entirely this week: not that the “law” was worth two shits anyhow…
