A lot of tennis elbow cases have nothing to do with the elbow. I have it now in my left arm.
I have trouble drinking coffee (lifting the cup) but I can dead lift 200lbs no problem).

    ^^^
Summary: the Mock v Garland case brought before 5th circuit by GOA, FPC and one other org I can't remember is still going, injunction as applicable to members of those orgs still applies.

Another case, FRAC v Garland involving 25 state AGs was just shot down on every count at a preliminary level by a judge in North Dakota.

So currently, limbo it remains. I imagine this may probably have to work its way up to SCOTUS to get settled. Or, maybe if we're lucky in Nov 2024, a new POTUS cleans some house at ATF.

This vid just posted today. Title looks favorable, but I haven't finished watching yet.

Good news for certain people in a specific area.
Nothing good for the rest of us yet.
Refreshing to hear a judge with common sense though.

    All FPC members are protected.

A general, nationwide injunction protecting non-members was denied, probably because SCOTUS just upheld the stay on the nationwide vacature of the frame and receiver rule, and it's apparently considered improper to use an injunction to provide relief to non-parties to the case.

The judge eviscerated the ATF though, saying essentially that modifications that enhance accuracy make self-defense more effective and safer for the public. He even opened the door to a direct challenge to the NFA by saying modifications to the rear of pistols are protected by the 2A, whether with a brace or a stock.

He used Heller, Bruen, and Caetano decisions as precedent and clearly stated that braced pistols are in common use for lawful purposes and are thus automatically protected.

Worth the watch / read of the decision.

It's important to be well-versed in the proper arguments for why different types of gun laws are unconstitutional so you can explain correctly. Looking forward to the "four boxes diner" video on this one.

    ETA: added video

Looks like a nation wide injunction against the pistol ban has just been announced. Good news. At least for now.

More info if you are interested.

It's in the 'National' forum. If you can remember that it might make it easier to find.
