Many of the vendors that sell 80% receivers are also FFLs. You would think they would know the difference between a law/regulation and an alleged opinion of the uninformed masses. Ridiculous.

AG's office is likely working on the premise of (A): no one will take the time and money to fight them, and/or (B): the next administration expects PA to implement a law making a BGC and/or SN a requirement for an 80% (so start acting like it's already that way).

Edit to add: yinz P80 guys are SOL. AG shut down the one vendor who was selling online only with background check required. No lower blanks on site, only upper/lower internal parts etc. keep an eye on the newspaper, i’m sure the locals will put out a hit piece. AG folks confiscated everything down to the table clothes and banners.

How can something like this happen and not be discussed on other chat rooms on other sites.

Sure, this initial thread was pertaining to the gun show, but something like that happening needs to be posted where more people see it

I havent heard anything since last show. Vendor hasnt been to any shows since (makes sense since all his inventory was confiscated). Who knows :shrug:
