Hi-Point JXP 10mm Handgun

New Hi-Point Model JXP 10 Pistol. This beast weighs as much as my Mac 10 clone, lol. I kinda want one to go with my 10mm HP Carbine.

Might have to add one of them to the pistol rack. I never knew 40S&W would fire in a 10MM. For 2 bills it's like getting a .357 & .38 two guns in one type of deal.

Have to be careful when doing that with a semi-auto 10mm. The chamber needs to fully support the round. I shoot .40 S&W out of my 10mm revolver, but wouldn't do it out of my 1076 or Stock III. I probably would out of the Hi-Point, however, 'cause I wouldn't care about damaging it.

None of my local shops do the waiting thing anymore. Very annoying. I used to be able to get on a list months in advance and have one of the first ones available. That being said, I doubt I'll have any problem finding a JXP10. KYGUNCO and Midwest Gun Works both have them listed already for $229 and $176, respectively. Neither is in stock, but according to Hi-Point, they will be on shelves in a week or two.

Hi-Point will also be at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg next month, so there will be an opportunity for folks to see and hold a JXP10 and the "soon" to be release YC9 pistol.
