What training have you had so far? There's options for different levels, some trainers come through PA, there also classes in VA, OH, etc. For example, both Sentinal Concepts and Presscheck Consulting are coming near Pittsburgh this year. Craig Douglas of Shivworks usually comes through maybe twice a year. If you get to VA, Green Ops does great training. Carry Trainer usually has classes in PA once or twice a year.

But if you're looking for a first class, honestly, any local range should be good for covering the basics. Then pony up the extra once the base level is covered.
