Re: Diamondback DB9 gen4 very interesting?
UPDATE Just got one!
Reviews coming but please be patient , I'm old and half crippled.
1st I'm going to clean and oil it.
2nd hand cycle the slide a few dozen times.
3rd store the mag loaded for a while.
Then a 50-75 round range test.
A brand new SCCY CPX2 will go through the same paces.

Re: Diamondback DB9 gen4 "range review"
Range review- First 50 rounds of ball shot today. No malfunctions and all rounds easily in the 9 ring on a B27 target at 7-9 yards. My original intentions were carry the mag with the flush floor plate but having second thoughts. That little pinky rest might be needed on this lightweight.
One positive is the mag is really hard to release. A normal push on the button wasn't working. I had to almost push with the tip of my finger and push it really deep to release the mag. For a back-up 14 oz pocket auto this is another huge plus in my book.

Re: Diamondback DB9 gen4 "range review"
I bought a GEN 4 a little over a year ago. No problems with accuracy or FTF*only complaint is that I have trouble putting a round into the chamber if the mag is at full capacity, so I just use one less round at the beginning. Not a great solution for gun that has very limited capacity but it sure doesn*t have the issues my old P938 has. A good, cheap (easily half as much as the SIG) and reliable deep conceal gun. I don*t carry it a much as my Glock or SP101 but I*m glad I bought it.

Re: Diamondback DB9 gen4 "range review"
Last weekend shot another 3-4 mags through it with no issues.
My next outing will be a mixture of old hollowpoint ammo. If all goes well I'll consider that graduation.
My CPX-2 is running neck and neck with the DB9. Two range sessions with no jams yet. Actually had a newbe shooter last weekend run a mag through the CPX-2.
