The best part was the guy who wrote/sponsored the amendment getting in front of cameras and lying to and gaslighting the entire country saying they weren't banning hunting rifles when they very clearly are.

Oh and the law won't affect you if you're a member of the "First Nations". They're exempted from this like they were the last round of gun bans up there. So most guns are banned except if you're one of the state approved minorities.

I like her logical and practical thinking on the issue, much along the lines of Colion Noir. However, Canada's going to do what Canada wants to do.

I don't have a good understanding of the current senate majority there(independent?), but the liberal majority (@215 to 118!) in the house of commons looks like the majority in the New Jersey Assembly...and the senate.
