9mm +P+ Ammo
Can I use +P+ in my S&W M&P or should I stick to +P ?
Also, recommendations on good defense ammo in 9mm?

No direct experience with your particular pistol, but +P is already pretty snappy in a lightweight gun. I'm more than comfortable carrying +P only. I use Federal Hydra-Shok, 115gr in my XD9SC.

I'd carry +P+ but I wouldn't feed my pistol a steady diet of it.
