Default Didja know the LR in .22LR stands for Long Range?

Yep. Turned on 1210AM to hear some guy saying he was not against the 2nd amendment, "in fact, I had a .22 Long Range rifle when I was young" ( I guess offered as proof of being pro-2nd). Dunno who he was but he sounded like a politician of some sort who as usual doesn't know what he's talking about. Anyone know who this was?
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

I might be showing my age but back in the day all boxes of .22s had the "range one mile be careful" warning on it. Is that considered long range?

I was just about to post the same thing, except "one-and-a-half miles".

I usually listen to 1210, but Sirius is free until December 5 so I have been surfing the Sirius dial.

Do you know which show you were listening to? Mornings. Dawn Stenslin 10-12. Or Dom Giordano Noon on.

Man I can't remember the last time I listened to the radio. Anymore I just enjoy the sound of silence. I don't need to know what's going on in this shit show when I'm in the car or shop, I get enough of that here. Car time is my time to yell at incompetent drivers, and shop time is my time to unwind.

Would you care to share anything that you yell while driving? I've used up all of the profanities I know.
