Renewal ltcf

Need to renew ltcf, anyone recently at Lackawanna County Court House to apply? Curious if same protocols are in place, get application at vestibule and return it in envelope with copy of drivers license and wait for phone call to return for photo and pay. Thank you

I found out process, picked up application in vestibule in small black mailbox at sheriffs entrance at courthouse Dec.1. I returned it at same mailbox Dec.2 with completed app. and photocopy of drivers license.in plain enveloped unmarked Dec 7th, sheriffs office called me with appt. Jan.3 at 830 am and bring drivers license and current ltcf and $20, this process was for a renewal. In case anyone needs a little info on process.

For the renewal, the wife and I both received the renewal letter from the Sheriff's Office by mail, and the application was included.

Same deal; fill out the app, drop it off including photocopies of dl and current LTCF, and they'll contact us to schedule a photo and reissue appointment.
