This will be like the state marijuana laws and will depend if a state cop sees you with a SBR or the Feds. My guess is 99% of the time it will be a state cop so your good.

Of course if you are on the Feds naughty list they can screw you. But they will always find something and will screw you with or without the SBR laws.
