If the media saw your gun and ammo inventory, would they describe you as stable?
The media anymore when describing a small collection of guns and ammo is completely out of touch with reality. The endless fear mongering and demonizing gun ownership needs to change. The message needs to change, and until it does, we will always be fighting an up hill battle for rights. To many people think the police will keep them safe, and the government is responsible for their protection.

The newsmedia often purposely exaggerates and blows thing out of proportion.

If you have a shotgun and more than 25 rounds you're considered to have an arsenal these days. To today's media most of us here would be portrayed as arming a small army LOL!!!

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I have 1 revolver and 1 round. That's more than I ever needed.

They'd be disappointed.
The only things I have left are a flintlock and a few ounces of powder and shot.
All my other weapons ( if I actually had any ) were lost in an unfortunate boating accident during the Obama presidency.

Re: If the media saw your gun and ammo inventory, would they describe you as stable?
What someone needs to do is take some of these media heads shooting so they can see how fast ammo is used up. On one hand they preach that we need more practice and on the other hand they don't want people to have any ammo available.
All it would take is taking some media to the range for a practice session. Give them a 15-round magazine with a standard pistol and see how quick they run out of bullets. For a complete amateur shooting 1 round every 2 seconds means that magazine is empty in 30 seconds and that's shooting freaking SLOW. At that rate 10 magazines for a total of 150 rounds equals 5 minutes worth of actual shooting practice.
Granted most people are going to check shot groups and make adjustments so 150 rounds might last 30 minutes or so, if they saw how quick it's used up maybe they'd change their tune a little bit.
