Mine is 100% plastic, including the bullets. So there!
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

This same crap is going on in Maryland as well, but it is not looking good for the Antis.
Maryland's HQL (Handgun Qualification License, to purchase a handgun) was ruled
    unconstitutional citing Bruen.
Maryland of course is appealing the decision back to the same court, but en banc,
hoping for a better outcome. For now the best thing they've won is a delay.

Your cited bill is for the legislative year 2022-2023. It is instructive but is it relevant?
If even NJ fails to get it past the "bill" stage...
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Dont forget that two months ago California's assault rifle ban was ruled unconstitutional by a Federal court. And yes I said California.

This is sure to be going to the supreme court but for now Pennsylvanians don't need to get their panties in a knot about a low (to zero) probability ban.

The ban was signed into law on June 30, 2022. It prohibits sales, possession, and transfers, except for inheritance. It exempts possession for any purchased prior to the law being signed.
