Police Check Card Question
Ok,
So I picked up my signed and stamped police check card today. My question is that on the form, to the right of the stamp and signature, there are three fields:
Correct Address________________
Applicant has lived in Bailiwick_________years
Applicant is not known to this dept.__________
Anyone know if it's ok that these were left blank?Last edited by curlyjive; November 17th, 2008 at 10:53 PM.

Re: Police Check Card Question
Although you might think the ideal response from your local PD is that you are a beloved pillar of your community that goes to church every day (and twice on Sunday ), the reality is that the best response to get from your PD is "Never heard of him/her."
Sounds like that's what you got if they just stamped and signed it.
If you're really concerned about it you can always call the Sheriff's Department, but my guess is that your local PD check card is probably good to go.Vortex
