Can't speak to the governors race which was a flop for other reasons, but just based on what I saw at a couple of polling places here in the sticks, I strongly suspect the senate race turned on a lot of rural R voters thinking "Oz? Fuck that" and sitting home. Just not enough rural R votes this time to counter the suburban Karens and college kids.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.

Did we add/lose any house or senate seats on the state level?

Sure it makes sense, either Pennsylvanians are the most nuanced voters (Philly voters especially) on the planet or Dominion only cares about a few positions. See?

No one had the balls to show how lurch should be in jail with wolf and it for the murder of thousands of Sr's in 2020 with their plans and how wolf gamed the shut down to keep his own open.
    NOT ONE PEEP!

Still say OZ or lurch we would have had the same outcome. Trump should not have endorsed that RINO.
