Didn't Philly have a problem with guns missing from evidence a few years back that resulted if personnel transfers of high ranking cops? I guess a lesson was never learned

Everyone here who is selling a firearm is selling in the wrong place according to what the deputy was getting for each Glock. Nice markup. From zero cost to $3,000.00. .
