MP5 Magazines?

I recently picked up an MP5/AP5 and it seems to work great with no malfunctions using the magazine that came with it. So I tried to save some money buying extra magazines and ordered the AC Unity magazines from Atlantic Firearms and they turned it into a single shot but do let me practice lots of malfunction clearing. Anyway, what magazines are working for all of you? Any cheaper alternatives than $80 HK mags?

Gun show in York today, run up there and see what you can find. I haven't tried all of the mags I've gathered over the years but none of those that I have tried has failed to function. I've gotten a few no-namers at Oaks but I'm not sure that H&K puts names on them any more.

AC Unity is garbage. Don't do it (too late I guess).

HK mags will often go on sale for closer to 60-70.

My range mags are usually POFs, but they're harder to find nowadays. I've had no issues with them. I paid $30 each for mine and wish I got more.

I heard that newest gen KCIs work. I have older ones and they aren't great.

MKE metal mags are supposedly decent too.

MKE mags work for me as well as HK mags.

MKE, HK, and I have a KCI 20 rounder that is very nice too.

I have an Ap5 and I've had no problems with Hk, MKE andKCI gen 2's.

HK mags are of course the best, but MKE and POF are also just as reliable in my experience. Avoid pretty much everything else.
