Centre County Meet and Greet, Dec 14, 12 Noon to ??

Some of the PaFOA Centre Region folks are going to get together at my house/shop (Ron's Gun Repair) in the State College area. It is open for any PaFOA member that would like to join us. Here is what I posted in the Centre Co thread in Valleys of the Susquehanna:

Ok,

Let's go for the 14th of Dec. Doors will be unlocked (not open, too cold and oil's too expensive to heat the outdoors) at 12 noon, come and go as you see fit.

Bring whatever you want (within reason, I'm not cooking you half a cow). I'll have some snacks (to include ring bologna made from venison), iced tea, soda, water, Jack Daniels, other hard stuff if that's what you like.

Shop will be open (always is, it's in the basement) if you got something you want to work on/have worked on (I don't charge much

).

There will be tables set up if you want to bring anything for show and tell (Josh, I know people like to see your suppressed stuff). I'll probably even have some stuff for sale (mainly ammo), so if you have something you want to sell/trade/barter bring it along.

Hopefully the insert will be in the fireplace and I'll have a fire going to keep us cozy.

Bring whoever you wish (no convicted felons though, please). If the wife/significant other is into quilting/sewing that is what mine likes to do, bring her/him along. Don't have a lot for kids (other that a big open area behind the house).

My house is about a mile from the Nittany Mall, Wal-Mart and other shopping so the wife could always go there if she wanted (Xmas shopping ??).

Don't count on that, my Garmin couldn't. An address search for "Lemont" only finds "Lemont Furnace" or something that's not even close to the right location. Probably because the USPS only lists a PO Box zip code for Lemont. Check the GPS before leaving the house.

About the GPS, I didn't think about that, it may show up under State College. I'll check my Garmin (Nuvi 200W) today and see what it does and let you all know.

Sorry it took so long (duh, I forgot) on a GArmin or Tom-Tom it shows up under State College (key in 307 MAtilda Ave, State College, and it will take you to my front door)

Looking forward to seeing every one who can make it. I believe the new owner of RMS Sports is going to stop by also.
