Default Places to eat near Tobyhanna State Park Loop Trail

I'm planning on going hiking with the family on Saturday at Tobyhanna State Park Loop Trail and was wondering if anyone knows some good restaurants in the area for lunch.

    Thanks in advance.

Hammerjax (bar food) right off exit 13 on I-380. PourHouse in Mountain Home. Jubilee out in Pocono Pines. Bunch of places going south along 611. The more you get close to Pocono, the more rift raft from Kalahari.

Yes, the faster food is down on 248 and 611 near the walmart.

If you don't mind driving about 12 miles north, I'd recommend Kay's Italian restaurant in Daleville.

They have good sauce, very big portions, homemade gnocchi, pastas, bread, and baked goods. Their meatballs are actually meat, and aren't all breadcrumb. All dinners come with a side salad, a garbonzo bean salad and/or tomato and cucumber salad (if you ask), a small loaf of fresh bread, and a generous portion of their AWESOME frosted sticky buns for each person ordering a dinner.

Their baked good display is worth the trip all by itself. I'd recommend buying extra sticky buns. Those damn things are more addictive than crack!

If you don't want a full meal, their hoagies are very good also. It's the only place in NEPA that I know that you can get a fried peppers and eggs hoagie.

Tomorrow should be a beautiful day at Tobyhanna!

Thanks guys! We ended up going to Nick's Lake House in Lake Harmony. Food was really good, although a little over-priced. And yes Sandcut, the weather was perfect. We even sat outside on the lake at lunch.
