Take the time, spend the money and go to Sig Sauer Academy in New Hampshire. Their website has their course listings. Their instructors are top notch and their facilities are world class. I have attended damn near 20 different classes for both carbine and pistol there and I continue to go back.

Sig has great classes but my concern might be getting lost in a group...

Class size, 10 or less. Two instructors, primary and secondary. If you get lost in that group, there is no saving you. Kidding aside, the instructors are fantastic and the facility is top notch.
