Default Mad Maxing in Allegheny County

Allegheny County police said 23-year-old Matthew Alfaro was driving a Chevy Malibu that followed the victim's vehicle down Monroeville Boulevard to the intersection of Oak Avenue Extension in Turtle Creek. Investigators said Alfaro opened fire, hitting the victim.

The 42-year-old victim showed up at the Turtle Creek police station Sunday around 6:30 p.m. with a gunshot wound to his shoulder, police said. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

It's because of crap like this that I hate having to drive around Pittsburgh for work... Also, we are prohibited from possessing a firearm in our vehicle while on company time, even though we use our personal vehicle while executing company business.

Oh screw that! *My wife left HER gun under my seat. It*s not mine and I had no clue it was there! I just thank God Almighty that it slid out from its hiding spot just when the attackers got to my door!*

When they start providing and guaranteeing my protection and safety, to and from, and at work, I'll start abiding by their wishes.

I understand and will accept any ramifications that could come.

Also, my car is my property, so lick the head!

In fairness... I do have a problem with following the rules that can put me in danger... That has never and will never change.

The roads themselves are far scarier than any potential shooters.

I could care less about employer rules, but working at the post office is bound by laws and searches of vehicles at random are covered under the "resticted areas" regulation where entry into the area is consent to search...
