    As soon as you cross state lines, FEDERAL rules kick in and a FFL transfer in the recipient's state is required...

    And isn't it interesting that in Ohio it is legal to do a Face to face sale of a handgun with no FFL?

    West Virginia and Kentucky it's legal too, along with many other states
