    Default New Chester County Policy

Instead of issuing renewals on the spot and walking out of the office with a new permit they are now mailing them out. This is something new for the Chester County Sheriff's office located in Chester West.

Uh-ohh.... that's an automatic delaying tactic. Next, the cry of staff shortages.

Did that big fat guy try to eat you? If you haven't gone in yet, as how Lawson and Shubio are making out with their case. It should help expedite your process.

Mine wasn't marked a renewal, it was marked new. I guess because it took me
two months to pick it up. Got it last week, it expired in sept. This is delco,
where it takes a couple weeks to a month to get.

Nope the fat guy has always been nice to me it was a young bald headed guy and he was kinda of rude but I didn't feed into it. We'll see what happens. I thought I was in Chester at that court house.

Do they keep your old license while you are waiting to get the new one mailed to you? That could be a BIG problem.

No, they only asked to see my DL and credit card. They didn't even want to see my old LTCF because I asked. You have to remember now the Chester West Sheriff is a bought and paid for by Soros Sheriff.

When I renewed mine in West Chester last month, there was a young woman that took my app, made me sign the electronic pad, and took my picture. Didn't even take my fingerprints. My background check went into delayed like it has been for the past two years, so she told me my license would be mailed to me. It arrived two days later. When I renewed previously, it took 45 min because there was an issue with PICS for everyone, but I walked out with my license the same day.

For the past 20 or so years I walked in they did the check I used to just pay with check until they began accepting credit cards. If I remember correctly they used to use the DL picture, I may be wrong it's been some time but I always walked out with a new License. Last time I was in and out in 15 minutes with the chubby guy taking care of it.
