I thought the Supreme Court already ruled that these alphabet agencies can't make their own laws with the EPA ruling????? I guess the ATF doesn't have to obey that decision because of guns.

The SCOTUS is more or less guidelines than actual rules

Hoping this isn't dead in the water.

There is another bump stock case scheduled for enbanc(sp?) in 5th circuit.

We need another mass shooting with a bumpstock, and pistol brace. That'll fix it.

The Marshall is 100 correct in my NSHO. I have posted in the past that I am no longer sending money to fake gun rights orgs. When one addresses violations of the 2nd amendment, it will get my attention. There is certainly a wealth of wrongs in need of correction.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Isn*t there a couple of cases challenging NFA directly working their way up? If so and the intent is to take the case, it would probably be viewed as redundant and unneeded to hear a bumpstock specific case. Granted that assumes they want to hear and NFA challenge and that they are leaning towards striking it down.
