    🙃 Even search warrant for PA

    New York, New York – On September 22, 2022, the SP Manhattan BCI and CTIU-South assisted the New York City Police Department with the arrest of Jose E. Rivera, age 47, of New York, New York for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree – a class C felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree – a class D felony, Criminal Possession of a Firearm – a class E felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree – a class A misdemeanor.

    What's the point of having a "ghost gun" if you're not prepared to use it? All of those felonies. He'll never see the outside of a jail cell.

    What does "ghost" have to do with this? He would be up on the same charges if the firearms went thru am FFL. I am assuming he doesn't have a permit for the pistols and the AR and evil mags are already banned.


    And I don't believe all of the pistols shown were "ghost" guns made from a kit. I don't know of many people making 1911's and the AR looks way too nice so my guess the one pistol bottom left is the only one without a serial number.
