Default Best Bang for the buck AR15

What AR15 is the best bang for the buck right now? I have a couple of Sigs and a Colt 6920 and want to add more to inventory. Want a solid reliable gun but not spend stupid money.

LWRC DI, it's about $1500 but has a ton of features beyond a standard AR.

How much are you looking to spend?

I bet he's looking for less buck.

It won't be done today but I have a friend who built one for $340. Today he could probably build another for less than $500 but he'd have to do it from an 80% lower.

Technically, he's looking for the widest spread between price and value.

Correct. DO NOT want cheap, just do not want to overpay. Looking for great reliability, decent trigger, free float, accurate (but not a precision rifle - solid 2 moa good enough).

I bought a Smith & Wesson M&P AR15 Sport with Red-Green Dot last year for 720.00. Works great.
