    I'd consult the lawyer he has for the criminal charges and see who that guy recommends.

    He is a lawyer in that area. He probably knows someone who specializes in specific law in that area.

    I can easily see this happening.

    I "front carry" - that is my pistol is just to the right of my zipper. If I go to take a piss, when I undo my belt and unzip my pants, the mass of the gun is going to cause the pants to the right side of my zipper to "drop" down and will likely be exposed.

    My solution to avoid "being discovered" is to use a stall whenever possible.

    I appendix carry as well but don't undo my belt to use a urinal so my gun stays firmly in place so I've never had that problem. If I actually had to undo my belt to use a urinal there's no way I'd use one and just go into a stall cause the same thing happens to me.
