I have heard people rave about the Chi Knees at the Lotus or whatever it is called inside the casino but there is a restaurant on route 23 at the intersection with 10 right there that we have had good food for reasonable prices that I would recommend. I forget the name of it and it's rough looking but you won't beat the food and the value there.

I think he means 10 & 23 in Morgantown. Likely The Old Village Inn. Passed it hundreds of times, but never eaten there.

This is the correct answer and I don't know why I can't get that name through my thick skull, but I can't.

Which one is the correct answer? The Windmill OR The Old Village Inn?

I have eaten at both, but not at the same time.

Both have great food, the Old Village is a bit more spendy but you can have a drink there, what I really miss is the "MoHo" ( Morgantown Hotel) old dive bar across 23 from the Village that they demolished to put in a Rite Aid (Yuck) on any given day you could go there and round up all the clientele and not end up with a full set of teeth !

Posting which casino it was would be helpful info, I know the last time I was at Mount Airy they don't have metal detectors and neither does Presque Isle Downs.

    Security theater.
Last year I went to a Pens game at PPG. We were at a company function in one of the private corporate boxes. We had a special entrance and never went through any metal detectors, where everyone else in the peasant seats goes through detectors and gets searched. I thought that was humorous. The amount of money you're perceived to have influences the level of security you are held to.
