    Necro thread response!

I like how lightweight all the reviewers have said about the SFAR. Prices are not bad either. I'd sell my S&W M&P 10 pig to buy one.

Picked one up, didn*t scope or sight it out but had to send some down range. Frankly I was surprised at the manageable recoil. Can*t wait to scope it out and see what I can get out of it. I*m guessing it won*t be a one hole machine but moa would be satisfactory for me.

Mounted an sig tango msr 1x6, bore sighted it went to range sent a few down range at 25yd then moved to 100yd after a tweek. Fine tuned those shots and moved to 300yd. 10 shots in and ringing steel at 300 every shot. Figured it wasn*t gonna be a one hole machine gonna see what it*s capable of next trip. Still pretty pleased with the results so far. Using 150 gr fmj surplus ammo and yes it*s still a pleasant shooter.

I*ve had my eye on these, not a bad looking rifle at all. Hoping I can find one used from an unhappy owner hahah.
