Took 6 men using a comealong and rope and approx 5 hours labor ! My 2nd bear was a 200 lb black bear,I was able to drag myself at a steady gait .The 683lb was tough to cook I had some smoked by a professional ,roasts had to be marinated for two days but the best was stew that was crock potted with seasoning .It is advisable to have all fat trimmed as it can taste awful . Again congrats to all Bear Hunters ! The Rug is the final trophy covered well over the sides of our Queen sized bed and almost down to the floor !

Congrats anyway, I'm all for keeping myself at the top of the food chain and culling those above me.
