Will this work ?
I have a Ruger 22/45. I had to send it back to the factory and they fixed all the problems. Now the only problem I have is the trigger pinches my finger and is no fun to shoot. No matter how I hold it I get the same results. I was wondering if I took my Dremmel and carefully ground off that sharp edge, will that help me ? I checked on replacement triggers and there around a hundred dollars plus a gunsmith charge. I admit these old hands don't like getting pinched. Anybody have any suggestions. Joe

It*s hard to make the gun unsafe grinding on the external trigger surfaces. Go ahead and try it.

Try using sand paper on the sharp edges, round them. Use a small block of wood or dowel wrapped in the sand paper. I did an SP101 using that method. If I recall correctly, I used 220 grit. Go slow.
