And that goes for a lot more than just crossing state lines. I always suggest that gun owners get some schooling on what's legal and what isn't. It seems like most people think it's OK to just shoot any intruder inside your house but it is not. US Law Shield runs frequent, cheap seminars, where you can get some basics to get you started and I recommend them for anyone.

Depends on how s/he got into the house. Defeated locks, broken windows, broken doors, aggressive push-by....BANG! And while we're at it, my locked home secures my guns. Access to my guns is made limited by the house locks being locked.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

    True story.

A brief look at some of the PA seminars looked like $10 price tags for non members.

GunLawyer001 used to do some excellent seminars. I haven't seen any advertised lately. Maybe he got old like me and retired.

Some folks are retired, some just plain tired.

    HISTORIC SCOTUS WINS:

Heller - the right to own.
McDonald - the right to carry at home.
Bruen - the right to carry in public.
? Muldrew - the right to carry across state lines?
Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.

No, the Constitution did. Unfortunately we are stuck dealing with power hungry petty tyrants until people finally realize that they are the ones with the power.

Maryland shows 1 charge for second degree assault with the complainant being the other party involved in the tussle. No weapon charges so the story seems a bit off
