80% Firearms Status as of 7/2/2022?
Hello all,
There's a lot of conflicting information out there, and I'd like to get the straight dope.
As of today, is Philly's "Ghost Gun" law actually enforceable, or does statewide preemption still apply?

There's no such thing as a ghost gun.

There is no law. It*s legal to purchase any 80% you want & build as many as you want! They can*t do a thing about it! And if they try, I encourage using it against them!

Philly ghost gun law? I missed that whole event. Upon some research, they tried it and it got tossed.

The Philadelphia ordinance in question:

Also attached a PDF copy of the "law".
Looks like GOA took Philly to court and had it tossed.
