I'm actually overjoyed to see a bill like this proposed. After all, if my omnipotent overlords don't boot down on my neck periodically to tell me how to live, how is that living? Worker ants don't go their own way; worker bees don't go their own way; mice try to go their own way but thank god we have cats to deal with those rebellious pricks.

Just the other day I was busy snorting nose clams and toking on some meth all at the same time when I realized that some steel shooting might be a blast. Fortunately, I decided that carrying and fiddling with a firearm in this situation might be ill-advised, so I ultimately ended up driving it off for a while.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.

I read the text of the bill. To my knowledge there is no such thing as a suspension of one's LTCF. If the sheriff decides you shouldn't have it it's revoked. This bill doesn't include a definition for it's suspension of a LTCF. It assumes it already exist just like a driver license suspension/revocation process, which it doesn't.

Secondly why doesn't this bill include police officers and those exempt from a LTCF?

I go out to dinner in town all the time with my wife. We have some drinks while out, of course.

We take public transportation, which includes standing on the corner of Broad St. and Erie Ave to catch a late H or XH bus home. Broad and Erie is a wretched hive of scum and villainy, and I couldn't imagine standing there without my pistol. I stand out like a 100W light bulb there because I'm usually the only white person there.

We use public transportation because we don't want to drink and drive. I guess I'll have to take my chances.

You should check out Paul Pelosi's new online training class. But I think if you go to the in person class, you get to actually drive, and crash, a Porsche. (On a closed course.)
