    Concealed carry licenses issued to either non residents of Virginia or individuals under the age of 21 are not recognized by Pennsylvania.
    Virginia Resident License Holders:

    For NJ, was a lot of paperwork 3classes for a total of about 4 hours (safety class and holster draw class -optional). 3 references, fingerprints, 4 pictures, qualify with the weapon you want to carry . Submit to local PD and for me 20 days later I have the permit. The only strange thing is you can only carry what you qualified .

    But it IS happening which is good news, aside from the unnecessarily detailed process. The gun & serial is listed on your permit?

    NY is weapon specific to own and carry.

    PA LTCF used to be weapon specific.
    Sticks and stones will break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.

    That issue was brought up a few months ago and some were saying (apparently mistakenly) that just because you qualified with a certain handgun, didn't mean you were restricted to that.
