I’m well aware of this part of the law: “or in moving from one place of abode or business to another or from his home to a vacation or recreational home or dwelling or back”.

Is there an actual definition of what constitutes a vacation home or dwelling? Would a motel room or rented cabin be classified as a vacation home or dwelling?
