Did the home owner get visited by the ATF or Bigfoot with all that blurriness. In my opinion he should have never got into a chat about Ruby Ridge , 2A. He just should have told them that he wants to consult an attorney before any questioning or signing anything.

Why do people answer the door? Talk through a window, and when they ask for something,

However, if that was legit the guy should have shut the door as soon as they said they didn't have a warrant.

And the "take your hands out of your pockets" thing. You are on private property without a warrant or even so much as probably cause of a crime being committed. (Possible previously possession of a legal item than could be used in an illegal way is not probable cause). He should have told them to leave the property then told them he intended to file charges of trespassing if they didn't.

The only thing i can think of is that the video contained something that would give away the individuals identity or privacy.

I know someone posted this is before, but this is why I don't even answer the door unless we are expecting someone. And even then I may wait for them to text me to say they're the ones knocking. Why would you invite the ATF into your house??

I have a wireless camera covering my backyard, and the front of the house including front door. When someone knocks or rings the bell it takes me 10 seconds or less to see who's there. I don't know you then I'm not answering the door.

Plus the camera has mic/speaker so I could always converse that way if desired.
